Connect is built by a small team that has run customer support inside small SaaS companies for years. We got tired of stitching together four tools, so we built the calm alternative.
Most help desks are designed for 100-person orgs.
Then they're awkwardly downsized for small teams. The result: a thousand features, none of them quite right, and a bill that climbs every month.
Connect goes the other way. We started with what a one-to-ten person team actually needs, a helpdesk, a help center customers can find answers in, a roadmap to close the loop on feedback, and a training center to onboard and educate them, and we made those four things genuinely great before adding anything else.
We use AI where it earns its keep: drafting replies, deflecting common questions, and pointing out the articles you should write next. The agent stays in control.
And we're not stopping at support. Connect is being built as the one place a small SaaS team runs every customer-facing function, helpdesk, roadmap, help center, and training today; customer success and sales next; more after that. In a small team, the same person triages bugs, writes the docs, and onboards new customers. The tools should make that easier, not punish you for not having four specialists.
